This St. Patrick's Day Prepositions Adapted Book And Activities, "The Lucky Leaping Leprechaun," focuses preposition words, position concepts, basic comprehension skills and "wh" questions.
In this free activity, the teacher or therapist reads the story to a small group of students, as students follow along and move the interactive leprechaun piece to the correct position on each page. At the end of the story, students answer "wh" comprehension questions using the by matching the correct answer piece to each question page.
Students working at an independent level may read through the St. Patrick's Day book and work through questions in a literacy center or independent work station.
