This Core Vocabulary Adapted Book, "Ginger Needs Help" is a fun and interactive gingerbread themed book that focuses on the core vocabulary word "help."

It is a very loose and silly adaptation of the "Gingerbread Man Story." Although a gingerbread theme is fun during December, this book is great to use all year long.

1 set of tracing cards (write and wipe)

3 worksheets that focuses on the word "help"

(1 circle the words sheet, 1 trace/write the word sheet, 1 cut and glue sheet)

In this activity, a teacher or therapist reads the book to students as students follow along with the repeating text, and move the gingerbread on each page. There is also a matching symbol piece that goes with each page.
