This Winter Adapted Book, "Where is Snowy Hiding?" teaches prepositions or positional words and reinforces colors and color words.
In this activity, the teacher or therapist reads the story as the students identify Snowy's position in relation to each colored sled on each page. Students will match a position or preposition card to each page as the teacher reads. Students working independently can work through the book in a literacy center or independent workstation.
